The Role: 
To perform general administrative duties for the Production department, including:- • Data input into Project Cost Plans to gauge project progress and operative productivity • Create and issue various Cost Plan reports to site and HO management teams • Training matrix records and course booking requests to ensure no essential certification lapses • Company cars • Corporate clothing orders • Specsavers vouchers • Assisting Admin Manager with IT requests • Answering general queries by telephone or e.mail • Undertaking any other duties as may be reasonably required
Requirements: 
Numerical skills Attention to detail Organised individual IT skills experience of using MS Office Software with emphasis on Excel Spreadsheets preferred General Administrative skills Training will be provided
