The focus of the Briggs & Forrester Group includes design, planning, cost advice, offsite manufacture, installation, commissioning, isolation and strip-out, refurbishment, and maintenance of all types of building services including structural and civil engineering.

We design using statutory requirements and regulations where applicable and we comply with industry-specific publications and good engineering practices. Our design managers and project delivery teams are responsible for ensuring policy and procedures are maintained. We also design on a consultancy basis as required.

Our group companies do at times act as a principal contractor which may include CDM obligations on relevant projects and will either directly or by subcontract incorporate structural and civil engineering or other building works. This work will be both undertaken on a design & build basis and build only.

Briggs & Forrester Building Services Maintenance monitors client Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS). Building Services Maintenance can provide additional soft services including cleaning, security, gardening, and reception.

Briggs & Forrester are MCS accredited for the supply and installation of photovoltaic. We also work on projects which incorporate sustainable energy solutions including biomass, anaerobic digestion, CHP, improved building fabric, small hydro and other forms of energy production and saving.
